Memorials/Donations Obituary William L. "Bill" Waugh Jr., 24, of DeSoto passed away on July 17, 2010 in DeSoto. Born December 13, 1985 in St. Louis; he was the son of William L. Waugh, Sr. and Nanette (Sorden) Waugh both of DeSoto. He was a utility worker for ADB Company and he enjoyed skate boarding and music. Survived by two brothers: Ryan Waugh and Joshua Waugh both of DeSoto; a sister, Andrea (Zack Rulo) Waugh of Arnold; grandmothers: Jane Harnetz of Bloomsdale and Christine Waugh of St. Louis; Aunt Tammy and Uncle Ricky Sorden, Aunt Polly Manasco and Cousin Ricky Sorden, Jr. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Charles Harnetz and Robert Waugh. Pastor Derry Bowling will be officiating the service.
