Born August 5, 1954 in DeSoto; she was the daughter of Dorothy M. (Boyster) LeVall and the late Edgar "Speed" LeVall. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Brett A. Neal Mrs. Neal was a coordinator of the W.I.C. Program in Hillsboro. She enjoyed vacationing, shopping and her family and was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was the dear mother of Eric J. (Erin) Neal of Arnold and Holly R. Neal of DeSoto; dear sister of Gary (Dee Dee) LeVall of Imperial, Jeff (Myrna) LeVall of DeSoto, Shane Levall, of DeSoto and Karen Carrow of DeSoto; dear grandmother of Brianna, Tayler and Olivia. Brother Rich Grayson will officiate the service.
