Born June 15, 1925, in Fairmont, IL, to the late John & Antonia Sak. She is survived by a son, Michael Boczek of Festus; brothers: Andy Sak, Alex Sak & Stanley Sak; sisters: Mary Neimith & Clara Horbelt. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sisters: Helen Sak, Stella Sak & Caroline Sikora. Deacon Jerry Stoverink will officiate service.
