Weindel, of DeSoto, entered into rest on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City. He was born August 18, 1951, in St. Louis, to the late Anton Weindel and Marie (Nee McAnnar) Weindel of Festus. He is survived by his loving wife, Debra (Nee Watson) Weindel; sons: Michael Weindel of Arnold, Maxwell (Melissa) Weindel of House Springs, and Christopher Weindel of DeSoto; daughter, Jennifer (Alfonso) Prieto of Crestview, FL; brother, Jack Weindel of Festus, and sister, Karen (Homer) Childs of Festus; and 3 grandchildren; Antonio, Magdalyn and Alec. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Ronald and David Weindel. Thomas was a Courier for J.S. Express. He enjoyed golf, fishing, and playing horseshoes. Rev. Gene Moses will officiate memorial service.
