Memorials/Donations Obituary Stormy B. Bolden, 49, of Farmington, MO, passed away on June 4, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was a truck driver. She was born May 26, 1961, in Toledo, Ohio to the late Gilbert and Patricia (Oliver) Rife. She is survived by her sons: Shawn Muscat of Arizona, James Muscat of Washington, Michael Kermes of Alaska, and Patrick Pettaway of Ohio, daughters: Ashley Kermes of Alaska and Hayley Pettaway of Ohio, sisters: Gail Pettaway of Ohio and Diana Rife of Florida and brother: Gilbert Rife Jr of Ohio.
