Howell, 91, (formerly of Richwoods, Missouri) passed away on April 20, 2010 at the St. Clair Hospital in Fenton; she has been a resident of Marymount Manor for three years. Born July 7, 1918 in Richwoods; she was the daughter of the late Frank and Minnie (nee Pratt) Rulo. Woodrow Howell, her husband, preceded her in death. Louise was a homemaker; she liked gardening, sewing and was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church. Mrs. Howell was the dear sister of Christine Johnson of Minnnesota and Rose Arndt of Hillsboro, MO; dear grandmother of fifteen grandchildren, dear great-grandmother of thirty-seven great-grandchildren, and dear great-great-grandmother of six great-great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents, Louise was preceded in death by two sons: Joseph Howell and Gene Howell; a daughter, Rosa Patton; a brother,Joseph Rulo; and 2 sisters: Alice Butler and Cecelia Olson. Deacon Ed Boyer will be officiating the funeral service.
