Frank Bradley entered into rest on Friday, June 25, 2010 at his DeSoto residence. He was born in Bismarck, Missouri on July 23, 1943 to the late Leslie "Sunny" and Mary Jane ( McGeorge) Bradley. He is survived by his loving wife, Cyndy ( Baumgartner) Bradley; sons: Travis (Roni) Bradley of DeSoto, Josh Bradley of DeSoto, Bradford (Christina) Gravagna of Hillsboro, Jeffery Gravagna of DeSoto, David (Amy) Gravagna of Hillsboro; daughters: Devon Bradley of Hillsboro, Corinne (Eric) Bradley of Kirkwood, Stephanie (T.J.) Gravagna of St. Louis; brothers: Bill (Doris) Bradley of Park Hills, Fred (Judy) Bradley, Sr. of DeSoto, Max (Brenda) Bradley of West Plains, MO; sister-in-law, Alice Bradley of Park Hills; grandchildren: T.J., Daelynn, Madison, Brittany, Randi, Wyatt, Mercedes, Angelica-Frances, Blaine, Gavin, Demi, and Gunner.

Bernice Irene (Whitehead) Reynolds, 79, entered into rest Sun, June 20, 2010 in Festus, MO. Born June 28, 1930, in DeSoto, to the late Louis T. & Hester S. (Vance) Whitehead. She was retired from Holiday Inn in Festus where she had worked in housekeeping.

James Fred Hewlett Sr. age 67, of Festus Missouri, passed away on June 23, 2010.

Bonnie J. Cook, of DeSoto, entered into rest Saturday, June 19, 2010. Born September 2, 1954, in Pennsylvania, to Sam and Evelyn (Nee Feathers) Donitzen. She is survived by loving husband, Curties R. Cook; 3 wonderful sons: Michael Cook of DeSoto, Dale Cook of West Virginia, and Tom (Christina) Stegemann of DeSoto; a loving daughter, Jeanette (Steven) McCallister of Hillsboro; sisters Evelyn (Jerry) Brandt of Pocahontas, PA and Cathy (Jim)Cornelius of Clinton, SC. Bonnie was a devoted grandmother to grandchildren: Austinn, Marshall, Emily, Rebecca, Ashley, Brianna, Samantha, and Daniel; and to great-grandchildren: Ace and London.

Fay R. Rhyneer, 89, of Mineral Point, MO (formerly of Festus) entered into rest Sun, June 13, 2010 Born Dec 16, 1920, in Arkansas, to the late Fred & Mary (Herrel) Oglesby. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her flowers and birds.

Thelma Virginia (Pogue) Rigdon, 83, of Union
 (formerly of Farmington, MO) entered into rest Wed, June 9, 2010 at Willow Brook Assisted Living in Union. She was retired owner/waitress of Jack's Drive-in, Farmington and was a member of First Baptist Church of Farmington. Born Aug 16, 1926, in Elvins, MO, to the late Felix & Laura Pogue.

William E. Renz, 92, Valles Mines, entered into rest Tuesday, June 8, 2010. He was born August 7, 1917, in St Louis, to the late Walter J. and Mabel (Danford) Renz. He had been employed in automotive engineering and management at General Motors Co for 35 years and had worked in numerous locations in the U.S., Luton, England and Tehran, Iran. He had been retired for 40 years.

 

Norma June (Adams) Callahan, 78, of DeSoto passed away at her residence on June 7, 2010. Born October 28, 1932 in Springfield, MO; she was the daughter of Clarence R. Adams and Opal May (Sweet) Adams. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Glen T. Callahan.

Jim L. Pape, 76, of DeSoto, passed away in Crystal City on June 7, 2010; he was the son of Walter M. Pape of Chandler, Oklahoma and the late Leona (Price) Pape. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorna R. Pape.

Stormy B. Bolden, 49, of Farmington, MO, passed away on June 4, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was a truck driver.

Israel David Smith, 34, of Crystal City, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Arbor Place in Festus after fighting his illness greatly. He was a student at Jefferson College who loved nature and the outdoors.

Addie F. Duncan was born July 3, 1919 in Nichols, Iowa to the Late Everett and Addie (Nee Gideon) Ritter and died on June 1, 2010 in Festus at Fountainbleau Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Leo E. Duncan. Addie was a homemaker.
