Judy was born in Granite City, IL, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (nee Johnston) Polson, Sr. She was the dear mother of Renee (Steven) Higgins of Valle Mines, MO, dear grandmother of Brooke and Ryan and dear great grandmother of Kendon. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Joseph Polson, Jr.

Ms. Margery Long, 83, St. Louis County, passed away on March 11, 2010. She was born in Birlington, Iowa to the late Paul Vincent and Laura (nee Fuetzer) Long on August 10, 1926.

Lillian M. Cain, 94, of Hillcrest Nursing Center in DeSoto, Missouri passed away on Monday, March 8, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City. Lillian was born to the late David & Anne (nee Faulkner) Wire in West Plains, Missouri on May 29, 1915.

Janice S. Weaver of DeSoto passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at her home. She was a lineworker at Chrysler Corporation.

Zelma I. (Bowman) Wooley, 89, of Hillsboro, MO passed away on March 7, 2010 at her residence. She was a retired assembly worker at Bemis Bag Company Corporation in St Louis.She was a member of Peace Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church and loved singing in the church.

Pauline V. Christopher, 87, of DeSoto passed away on Friday, March 5, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born December 25, 1922, in DeSoto, Missouri to the late Alfred G. and Cora L. (Nee Thost) Erny. Dear wife of the late Leonard Christopher.

Rosie "Jane" Squires, 70, of Festus passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at her residence. She was a homemaker.

Eldon L. Gamel, 88, formerly of DeSoto passed away on March 1, 2010 at Parkland Hospital, Bonne Terre, MO. He had been in St. Joe Manor, Bonne Terre for a few months. He was born May 10, 1921 in Jamestown, Arkansas; the son of the late Lee and Letta (nee Donoho) Gamel. His wife, Anna "Alma" Gamel preceded him in death.

Wanda D. Patek, 74, of Crystal City, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at her residence. She was a retired title researcher for First American Title Company, was a crafter and performed as a musician with bands: Al and His Pals, Country Aces and the Cedar Hill Gang.
