Message: My wife & I are looking for a home for rent, or rent to own, for an extended period of time. Minimum 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, central air, must have a fenced yard, minimum 1 car garage. Prefer, stove & refrigerator included, if possible. We have 1 cat & 1 outside dog. Monthly payments of $500-$800 can be arranged depending on the property. We have owned property in Columbia, Missouri for many years & are a responsible older couple with a great credit rating.
